We usually use internet and video to lodge applications, and follow-up applications, so you do not need to worry about spread of Covid virus, as there will be no face-to-face meetings between you and us.
However if you wish to have a face-to-face meeting with us, we can always arrange it.
With internet and video, we can provide our services to any person anywhere in Australia, and any person anywhere in the world.
People who provide Assurance of Support (assurers) will be required to provide direct and sufficient financial support to visa applicants, and give all necessary provision (including clothing, food, accommodation and transport) to visa applicants, so that they will not rely on government welfare payments. If they apply for government welfare payments, assurer will be required to repay the money back to the government.
If you have provided Assurance of Support, and now you wish to cancel it, you must do so before the visa is granted by the Immigration Department.
Once the visa is granted, you will not be able to cancel the Assurance of Support, your responsibilities as an assurer will remain in place for the whole time period of the AOS, even if you lose your job.
Assuree can apply for the following Centrelink payments:

Sponsors are children of parent migration applicants. Some of them do not have enough income, so, they ask their friends to provide AOS to their parents. They usually pay $,5000 to $20,000 to their friends depending on the length of the AOS and the number of visa applicants.
Because it is very risky to provide AOS, only a small number of friends will agree to do it.
Because Centrelink often raise income threshold for assurers, so, it will be better if assurer’s income is around 20% higher than income threshold, so that, the application for Assurance of Support will still be approved, if Centrelink raises income threshold.
In its letter requesting Assurance of Support, the Home Affairs Department requires that the application for Assurance of Support must be lodged within 28 days of the date of the letter.
The visa applicant side should comply with this requirement, otherwise the Home Affairs Department will refuse the visa application.

Many people take it as being after the 14 days, this is wrong.
If your application for Assurance of Support has been rejected, please let us know, we may be able to seek review of the application, and we may get approval with the review. We will charge a fee after the review application is approved. If the review application is not approved, we will not charge a fee, this will be free.
Because of changes of the law, Assurance of Support which is approved now may be cancelled in the future.
There were changes of the law in April 2018, which made income requirements much higher (double of the old requirement). Similar changes will happen again in April 2022.
If this happens to Assurance of Support provided by us, we will provide new assurer with much higher income (double of the old requirement) to give new Assurance of Support, and this will be free for our old clients.
Because we have the support from community organizations in Australia, we have assures of high incomes, and we are able to avoid risks from providing Assurance of Support, so we may provide Assurance of Support.
So, it is always safer and worry-free to ask us to provide Assurance of Support.
If you lodge application for Assurance of Support by yourself, you will at least spend 20 weeks to get the approval, you will have a lot of problems and encounter a lot of delays in the process, because you do not know the requirements in law and the procedure of the Assurance of Support Team. And even worse, your application may be rejected.

About Assurance of Support

Because Centrelink often raise income threshold for assurers, so, it will be better if assurer’s income is around 20% higher than income threshold, so that, the application for Assurance of Support will still be approved, if Centrelink raises income threshold.

Approved Assurance of Support may be cancelled in the future
Because of changes of the law, Assurance of Support which is approved now may be cancelled in the future.
